Clients must use JKD Agency systems lawfully, including compliance with CAN-SPAM, and GDPR. Opt-out requests must be honored promptly. No misleading sender names, subject lines, or offers.

Privacy

We collect contact details and campaign performance data to deliver and improve our services. Data is shared only with the service providers needed to run our programs; anything shared beyond that is aggregated and de-identified. We never sell personal data. To request access or deletion, email support@jkdagency.com. We comply with PIPEDA and Alberta's PIPA.
